Worked collaboratively to create social media posts and launched a Chinese take-out restaurant’s first TikTok account. I managed a content calendar and posted on the optimal times for TikTok. In the first 5 months, the account gained 6,000 followers with 1.4M+ cumulative views.
Supported social media coverage for events by organizing and scheduling content across platforms. I shot content and produced two TikTok videos covering the MART event, where RHA served as the sole charity partner.
I collaborated on in-depth industry and competitor analyses using JTBD framework for a major credit card brand. I also Leveraged Claritas Prizm clusters for geo-demographic and in-depth qualitative interviews to develop segmentation and targeting strategy. By working with a large amount of real-life data, I recommended a positioning strategy and developed a marketing mix campaign to drive the adoption of a major credit card brand.
I organize staff shifts monthly, solve customer issues, and manage inventory for the art studio on a timely manner. On average, I teach demonstrations of ceramic painting and rug tufting to more than 30 customers a day.
In my spare time, I love to visit cafes and try different drinks everywhere I go. This has made me a bit of a drink connoisseur. Some of my FAVORITE drinks have been:
From China: some kind of blended yogurt drink with sticky rice (BEST THING EVER I still think about this drink..)
From China: various hand-beaten lemon teas (very refreshing for the summer!)
From California: milk tea with barley popping boba + mochi
From Chicago: Lychee rose matcha (was a seasonal drink.. bring it back!)
